Profile
I’m a junior UX Designer, but it is certainly not my first rodeo in the software industry. I’ve got enough experience under my belt (working for a multi-product SaaS company) to hit the ground running on any project I can get my hands on. With my years of experience in technical writing and constructing microcopy for SaaS interfaces, I’ve come to understand what users expect from a product. I may be a junior designer, but when it comes to user advocation, I’m certainly a senior. I’m passionate about getting to the core of what your users need and finding the best possible solution for satisfying those needs.
Experience
My years at KnowBe4, Inc. (KB4) have granted experiences in so many areas of product and content design in their fast-paced and agile environment. My KB4 experience includes but is not limited to: Contributing to the UX of KB4's compliance management platform, KCM GRC; constructing microcopy for multiple SaaS platforms; writing copy for marketing emails and lead generation tools; writing technical documentation and best practices for two of their SaaS platforms and several other software tools. Additionally, I have designed ample email templates (using HTML/CSS) for the simulated phishing portion of KB4's security awareness training platform.
Skills
My skills include but are not limited to: UX design (user research, usability testing, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes), UX writing, copywriting, technical writing, web design (HTML/CSS), and creating and editing instructional videos.
